Helical Plc reported significant advancements in its development pipeline, particularly within its London office projects. Construction has commenced on the ‘carbon-friendly’ office at 100 New Bridge Street, expected to complete by April 2026, backed by a joint venture and a £155m development facility. Other projects include the repositioning of Brettenham House and an office development at 10 King William Street. Helical has also submitted plans for student accommodation and a 19-storey office near Paddington. The company renewed its £210m revolving credit facility and reported strong occupancy rates across its properties. Shares were down slightly at 212.75p.
