During the Future Investment Initiative (FII) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Minister of Investment HE Khalid Al-Falih oversaw the signing of three investment agreements. Notably, SBI Holdings and BIM Ventures announced a joint venture, BIM Capital, aiming to attract over $200 million in foreign direct investment and manage over $2 billion in assets, focusing on diverse investment portfolios. Additionally, SBI Holdings is collaborating on an ETF for the Saudi Stock Exchange, to be listed in Japan, targeting $750 million in investments. The International Finance Corporation also signed an agreement to enhance investment cooperation, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s significant growth in fixed capital and foreign direct investment.
