Coopah, a running coaching app, has successfully raised £1.5 million in seed funding, led by Redrice Ventures and Active Partners, with additional investments from London Marathon Events and notable athletes. Founded in 2022 by Pete Cooper, who found solace in running after personal struggles, Coopah aims to tackle the high dropout rate among new runners by offering personalized training plans, real-time AI feedback, and community support. Newly appointed CMO Gareth Nettleton, a former Strava executive, will help scale the app, which is now the official training partner for the TCS London Marathon. Subscriptions are available for £79.99 annually or £14.99 monthly.
