Inversion Space, a startup focused on logistics and delivery from space, has raised $44 million in Series A funding to develop its autonomous re-entry vehicle and expand its team. Co-led by Spark Capital and Adjacent, with participation from Lockheed Martin Ventures, this funding increases Inversion’s total investment to $54 million since its inception in 2021. The company aims to transform the logistics industry by enabling rapid delivery of cargo to remote locations via its Arc vehicle. Inversion is also collaborating with SpaceWERX under a $71 million contract to refine its delivery technologies for on-demand service.
