Enlighten Angel Fund has rebranded as Enlighten Capital Micro VC, receiving SEBI approval to operate as an Alternate Investment Fund (AIF). The fund has launched its first fund of ₹200 crore, with a ₹100 crore greenshoe option, focusing on early-stage startups, especially in emerging technologies and sustainable sectors. Led by Koushik Shekar and Arvind Subramaniam, Enlighten Capital aims to empower innovators and fill funding gaps in India’s startup ecosystem. The fund has a proven track record, having syndicated over ten investments in two years, and is committed to supporting impactful ventures in critical industries.
