While the size of the fund remains undisclosed, it attracted investments from family offices and high-net-worth individuals. The Waterpoint Lane Sustainability Fund I targeted $7.54 million, with fundraising beginning in June 2023 and achieving notable closings throughout the year. Co-managing partners Ben Gibbons and Meifan Shi emphasized the fund’s potential to drive innovation and create meaningful change in the global food system.
