General Atlantic has agreed to acquire a stake in Huda Beauty’s rapidly growing perfume division, Kayali, which will operate independently post-deal. Huda Beauty, founded in 2013 by Huda Kattan and her sisters, has previously been valued over $1 billion and offers a wide range of beauty products. Launched six years ago, Kayali features around 24 fragrances sold through major retailers like Sephora and Walgreens. The investment highlights Dubai’s appeal to international investors, as seen in other recent acquisitions. Huda Beauty boasts over 54.7 million Instagram followers, positioning it as a leading brand in the beauty industry.
