Golden Gate Ventures, which recently launched a $100 million fund in Doha, will focus on early-stage startups in the MENA region, marking its first international venture capital initiative. The partnership aims to empower Omani startups, facilitate knowledge transfer, and create jobs. The fund’s first investment was in Bayanat Technology, an Omani data analysis company. Both OIA and Golden Gate Ventures emphasize their commitment to fostering innovation and economic growth in Oman.
