Sipp was a prominent figure at Envestnet, which recently underwent a take-private sale to a consortium led by Bain Capital and Reverence Capital Partners in 2024. He played a key role in overseeing the company’s research and portfolio management teams, as well as its fiduciary solutions department, contributing significantly to the firm’s operations from its Berwyn, Pennsylvania base.
