The company also plans to acquire a 100% stake in US Financial & Investment Limited, a licensed money lender based in Hong Kong, and will invest over Rs 200 crore to enhance its operations. Additionally, Standard Capital is expanding into electric vehicle financing. Despite a 71% stock decline over the past year, the stock has delivered impressive returns of 750% over three years and 1260% over five years.
