With Rs 2,520 crore allocated for Kerala until 2033, the scheme allows loans of up to Rs 2 crore at 9% interest, with a 3% subsidy. Despite efforts by cooperative and agriculture departments, participation remains low, prompting the government to engage local self-governments to reach potential beneficiaries and monitor progress.
