Shashank Randev has announced his departure from 100X.VC, a venture capital firm he co-founded in 2019. Over his five-year tenure, the firm invested $20 million in 180 Indian startups and supported over 400 founders. Randev reflected on his rewarding journey and the impact of 100X.VC in building a prominent early-stage seed fund, contributing to more than 4,000 jobs. Although he has not disclosed his future plans, Randev’s exit aligns with a trend of top-level departures in the Indian investment ecosystem amid challenging market conditions.
