ECA advocates for pro-growth tax rates, protection of private equity interests, preservation of nonprofit tax-exempt status, and the transformation of college savings plans for workforce development. A steering committee will be formed to guide advocacy efforts, aiming to ensure that tax policies support small businesses and contribute to the industry’s projected employment of over 2.6 million Americans and $426 billion in spending.
