Tessa Thomas has departed from her position as associate director at Flipkart Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Flipkart. She joined Flipkart in 2020, initially working as a corporate strategy manager before transitioning to Flipkart Ventures in 2023, focusing on investments in fintech, SaaS, generative AI, and consumer tech. Thomas’s previous role was in the strategy department of Razorpay. She is now vice president at 360 One Asset, a venture capital fund backed by Bain Capital, where she will develop its early-stage investment team. Recently, 360 One Asset invested in OneSource Specialty Pharma.
