The decision reflects a strategy to enhance organic growth and strengthen global partnerships. Marinturk, a subsidiary, manages marinas in Istanbul and Gocek, accommodating 972 yachts. The company did not disclose the sale’s value but aims to exit tourism investments to focus on high-growth areas. Yildiz has previously expanded through significant acquisitions, leading to a major debt restructuring in Turkey six years ago.
