Southeast Asian superapp Grab has acquired a stake in Cambodian food delivery and e-commerce platform Nham24, previously held by the Smart Axiata Digital Innovation Fund (SADIF). The transaction represents one of the largest venture capital exits from a Cambodian business, though its size remains undisclosed. Founded in 2015, Nham24 is Cambodia’s first on-demand super app, offering various services including food delivery and ride-hailing. Bora Kem of Mekong Strategic Capital highlighted the significance of this milestone for local startups and the broader Cambodian tech ecosystem, while Nham24’s founder expressed pride in their partnership with SADIF.
