The Maharashtra Defence and Aerospace Venture Fund (MDAVF), managed by IDBI Capital Markets, has successfully exited investments in Cyronics Innovation Labs (Rs 14.46 crore) and JSR Dynamics (Rs 59.15 crore). Fund Manager Amey Belorkar highlighted that these companies are vital for enhancing India’s defence and aerospace capabilities, contributing to the nation’s self-reliance. MDAVF has invested around Rs 406 crore in 22 MSMEs and completed exits from 12 companies, generating proceeds of about Rs 281 crore. The fund emphasizes supporting sustainable growth in critical industries aligned with India’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
