Salesforce announced plans to invest $500 million in artificial intelligence in Saudi Arabia, aiming to enhance its presence in the burgeoning tech sector. This investment includes the introduction of its Hyperforce platform in partnership with Amazon Web Services. Additionally, Salesforce will collaborate with firms like Capgemini and IBM to expand its customer service product, Agentforce, which will support Arabic language capabilities. The announcement was made during Saudi Arabia’s LEAP 2025 tech event, where the country secured $14.9 billion in new AI investments. Salesforce also aims to establish a regional headquarters in Riyadh and upskill 30,000 Saudi citizens by 2030.
