The Investment, Renewable Energy, and Finance Towards a Sustainable Digital Future conference began in Amman, organized by the Iraqi Business Council and partners. It attracted regional stakeholders, focusing on investment opportunities and digital transformation, particularly in banking, renewable energy, and ICT. Minister Muhannad Shehadeh emphasized economic integration between Jordan and Iraq, highlighting strategic investments and partnerships. He mentioned key projects like the Jordan-Iraq electricity interconnection and the need for joint initiatives. Iraqi Ambassador Omar Barzanji reaffirmed Iraq’s commitment to economic reform, aiming for significant growth and improved living standards as part of its 2024-2028 Development Plan.
